We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 1-3 days after receiving the item to request an exchange.
The exchange will be done on these conditions
1. If you give us a model number and we send a case same with the model number you provided or with the description you have provided eg description “MacBook Air / Pro 13” 2020. Please note if you are wrong the year of your laptop, the inches, exchange can be done within 1-3days after notifying us but after 72hrs we won’t be making any corrections as regards the case. If exchange will be done, you will solely be responsible for the delivery back and forth.
2. If there’s a factory error on the case, it’s important to notify us by sending an email immediately or WhatsApp message to the contact number so we can find out why you think it’s a factory error, find out the cause and a suitable solution but note this must be done within 24-48hrs.
